Andy making sure everything’s in order for the next “Chips?!” “Check!” ”Napkins?” “Check!” ”Green crack?!” ”Check!” Before every single taco cart catering event, we here at Soho Taco headquarters need to absolutely make sure we have everything packed into the van. And, since today we have over fifteen events this checklist routine is VITAL to make sure we don’t leave anything out! Usually this entails the one person with the clip board and another foraging around the vehicle yelling out whether we have everything or not. So far, this little routine has helped us make every event a success and avoid leaving out any important items. Now, wouldn’t it be nice to have a checklist before leaving home so you don’t forget your cell phone, your wallet or the fact that you’re still naked?!
