The best part of Mondays are the great reviews we get from the taco catering events we did last weekend!  Here’s an email that came in earlier this morning from Susanna H., of Huntington Beach:

“Thank you for the two servers [Ben & Adan] that you sent to us on Saturday.  Everything ran smoothly and they could not have conducted themselves more cordially to my guests!  Everyone said what a good job they had done. We did refer to a few people.  [The carne asada, carnitas & pollo asado were] delicious, as well.  Mil gracias, Susanna”

Awww… thanks, Susanna!  But, actually the pleasure was all ours since we LOVE taco catering Huntington Beach!!
