It might not seem like it at first, but the Friday before a long weekend really is the best day.  Why?  Because it’s the day that’s filled with the most excitement, anticipation, planning, etc.  Sure, nothing might not have happened yet, but that “GOD I can’t WAIT!” feeling really is the best!

We here at Soho Taco love, Love, LOVE Fridays – especially before a long weekend like this one.  We’ve got all of our gourmet taco catering events planned out, we’re excited about sharing them with you and we can WAIT for you to try them!  In fact, we’ve got several events lined up throughout the Southland, including a BIG anniversary party in La Palma, CA.  So, you know we’re all jazzed here at world headquarters!
