Rebanadas de Tomate Heirloom: sweet heirloom tomatoes and peppery micro-greens on a lightly buttered baguette.

Tostaditas de Chorizo – Grilled chorizo served on fresh guacamole and house-made tortilla chips.

Mini Bean & Cheese Burritos – appetizer portioned burritos stuffed with freshly made beans and savory cheese.

Tostaditas de Saumon Humado – Savory smoked salmon and lemony cream cheese on a house-made tostada chip.

Essentially, all these mouth-watering delights were served up during the first hour of service.  Then, we fired up our grill and dazzled palates with our critically-acclaimed tacos.

Suffice it to say it was a success!

All the feedback we received was overwhelmingly positive.  We feel absolutely blessed to have had the opportunity to serve up our chef-made delicacies and it’s good to know everyone enjoyed them!
