Soho Taco’s Gourmet Taco Catering Makes a “Hero” Out Of A Corporate Customer

We sooooo have to share with you this email that we got yesterday!

Janet S. was so happy with the taco catering we provided for her company luncheon in Los Angeles that she had to share her enthusiasm immediately afterwards! 

Below is mostly what she told us, but since we didn’t exactly get permission to duplicate her whole email in time any [brackets] you see are our edits:

Thanks for making me a hero today!!

I was tasked with creating a special lunch for a group of Latin American employees newly hired at [a BIG name company, no really it’s a VERY big company] of California for orientation and training. First, the manager wanted [a chain Mexican restaurant which we really shouldn’t name since they’re one of our biggest competitions, but ok fine here’s a clue: it rhymes with “Rubios”]. Then he “surprised” me by putting a 3-hour bbq on the agenda. I said, what? I can’t give you a 3 hour bbq.

Then I found Soho Taco and literally gave him everything he wanted.

[Badass Soho Taco cooks] Eric and Adan showed up promptly. They were fast and efficient in setting up and prepping. And, they kept the line moving and the guests happy. I received nothing but compliments.

It was a beautiful day. We dined outdoors and it was a great way to end their week here in California. We invited the President of [that same BIG company] and the Manager of Events to our lunch. Both were very impressed and I truly hope we can have Soho Tacos at other [BIG company] functions.
