 Brenda working the tortilla grill last month while we were  Brenda working the grill at another wedding in Los Angeles. Once a month we ask all of our employees to vote for the colleague they think best fits the idea of Employee of the Month. And, this time around we are proud to announce that Brenda won the most votes! Often you might catch a glimpse of her in our gourmet food truck diligently pressing tortillas behind the little window screen. Or, perhaps you spotted her at a taco catering party working tirelessly behind the grill at a wedding or special event. In fact, now and then you might even find her bartending for party goers! Regardless of the occasion, you’ll always see her doing her very best with a smile and making sure the customer’s experience is absolutely exceptional. It’s no wonder she’s so popular with her peers.
