Yesterday J. Victor G., a Yelper from Anaheim, CA. dropped by our profile and confessed his new found addiction for Soho Taco’s gourmet taco catering:

“I was invited to a Wedding Rehearsal dinner where Soho Taco was sole the caterer.  Looking back, I should have arrived earlier to take advantage of having the cooks all to myself!  Trust me, the line WILL be long so come early to maximize your time.

I started with the asada, the chicken and the shrimp.  However, after trying everything, I know where I’d focus–the shrimp and the mahi!  Put the mango salsa and the [jalapeno] sauce (careful, can get spicy) on both and enjoy!  Finally, ask the cooks to put some of the veggies normally reserved for the veggie tacos on top of your creation–you will love it!

I am now officially addicted and unfortunately, all other tacos have now been spoiled for me.  =(  I’m looking forward to the next round!”
