May day, may day!!  Hermosa Beach has been invaded – in a very delicious way, that is!

As this blog post is being uploaded onto the innerwebs, one of Soho Taco gourmet taco catering carts is grilling up some exquisite gourmet shrimp tacos for an employee appreciation luncheon in the beautiful seaside community.

Apparently, the organizer of the occasion simply LOVES our shrimp tacos and INSISTED that they be on the menu.  And, being the gourmet taco catering company that we are, we simply couldn’t disappoint him!

So, if you’re out in the area driving along Pacific Coast Highway wondering why the city seems especially scrumptious today, it may have something to do with what’s on our grill!
