A Yelper’s “Perfect” Review Gave Us 5 Stars – But He ALMOST Didn’t!

Whew!  Talk about close calls!

Yesterday, Jimmy M. of Santa Ana dropped by our Yelp profile to log in this “perfect” five star review:

”These guys have the best reviews! My friend hired them for her B-Day party and she was very satisfied. The only thing is – they were 10 minutes late (which is fine for me, but Laura was stressed and pissed off). The food is delicious, the stuff is nice – everything went perfect! You can always count on them, cause they know what they’re doing. 100% professional! I will definitely hire them for my B-Day!”

Jimmy, we’re soooo sorry for stressing out your friend Laura! 

Our policy is to have our gourmet taco catering cart arrive at least one hour before each event, which serves as a type of buffer in case there’s traffic, some technical issues, a Martian invasion, etc.

It looks like we had something hold us back a bit that night, but fortunately we’re glad it all worked out anyway.  *Whew!*  Thanks for your awesome review, Jimmy.  And, most of all thanks for your patience!
