Tostaditas de Guacamole – fresh guacamole, creamy queso, house salsa de chile and micro greens on a crisp tortilla chip.

One of the festivities we’re getting ready for today is a lovely wedding reception in Dove Canyon.  What’s make this one especially exciting is that we will be introducing many new appetizers, like these mouth-watering Tostaditas that you see above.

Also making its way to that special occasion are our exquisite Rebanadas below:

Rebanadas de Uva – Sweet grapes, chile lime peanuts, micro greens and creamy cheese on a toasted baguette.

We plan on doing appetizers for about an hour at that location, then we fire up the taco cart and start serving our signature tacos for all the guests.

So far this weekend has been super exhilarating and may even be another record-breaker for our company!  We look forward to serving everyone these delectable appetizers and more.
