What better way to kick off a wedding weekend & Mexican Independence Day than with gourmet taco catering and an awesome mariachi band!

Last night one of Soho Taco’s taco catering carts made its way into the exclusive Orange County enclave of Coto de Caza to help a wonderful couple welcome out of town guests to their nuptial weekend. 

And, since today is also el Grito de Dolores, they also decided to add the sweet sounds of a mariachi band to enhance the ambiance.  Speaking of last night’s ambiance, check out our photoset on Google Plus:

Needless to say the weather was absolutely perfect for this dinner al fresco and the guests were just as warm & welcoming.  We would like to thank the wonderful families for choosing Soho Taco and we’d also like to congratulate the beautiful couple on their bright future together!
