 SOHO TACO is proud to reintroduce our exquisite Taco de Calamar for the month of June 2014. Today is the last day of May, so it’s time to present our next monthly special. And, to some of you this may look a bit familiar, but with a few new twists. For the month of June, SOHO TACO is proud to present to you our absolutely mouth-watering Taco de Calamar. This is the second time for us to service this delight and this year we have enhanced the flavors and textures hopefully to your liking.  Our Taco de Calamar consists of tender, succulent strips of calamari blanketed with our special spice rub and grilled to perfection. We take ocean fresh calamari and carefully tenderize it, blanket it with our special house made chili rub and grill it to perfection. Then, we lay it on a bed of creamy jack cheese topped off with our tangy slaw and smokey chipotle sour cream. If you’re a seafood lover, you’re going to love this taco. And, if you are not, this just might convince to be one! We have a couple of stops tomorrow (Sunday, June 1, 2014) which are two wonderful opportunities to grill up this delicacy for you.
