SoHo Taco’s signature carnitas freshly braised in our kitchen and ready to be shipped out to Cypress CA.

Here’s a mouth-watering shot we took earlier this morning of a batch of our signature carnitas.  This super flavorful pork  makes an absolutely fantastic taco and easily one of our most popular.  It was slow braised in our very own kitchen and then flash grilled at today’s taco catering event.  This event was for an employee luncheon in the City of Cypress and we certainly hope everyone enjoyed it.  Hopefully we’ll get the chance to serve some to you soon!
