Not everyone can handle spicy food, but that doesn’t mean they can’t have great flavors!

Sure Soho Taco’s exquisite salsa roja may have a scary, fiery red color to it.  However, this mild condiment actually gets its hue from roasted red heirloom tomatoes.  From there, we also add some wonderful herbs and spices that’ll satisfy palates that prefer their salsa hot and those who don’t.

In fact, the batch you see above practically flew off our taco cart in Tustin CA the other day.  It seems our taco catering guests couldn’t get enough of it!
