If our gourmet taco catering carts were a castle and the tacos our king, then the condiments would undoubtedly be the royal court.  And, all of them have to be at their delicious best – or the people will revolt!

We here at Soho Taco Gourmet Taco Catering take special care to make sure the majesty’s support staff is in tip top shape whenever these steel carts roll out of our headquarters because we too want to make sure the entire kingdom is happy.

And, one of the ways we do that is to cover up the accoutrements before arriving and then to switch them out with a fresh batch whenever they’ve been out too long.  Because, let’s face it, no one likes anything that’s royally overexposed.
