| In case you haven’t heard, we had a terrific time last Saturday in Yucca Valley grilling up a storm at The Ruin Venue. And, one of the ways we helped get the festivities started was with these delectable Tostadita de Chorizo appetizers. Grilled chorizo, creamy guac, topped off with savory cheese and micro greens, all served on a crisp, freshly-made tostada. So good!
