We here at Soho Taco rarely see any guest simply walk away from our taco catering carts with just a plain taco.  Most people like to dress it up with our condiments, like the ones you see above which was set up the other night in Fountain Valley, CA.

Sure, our carne asada, pollo asado, carnitas, grilled veggies, etc. are spectacular on their own.  But, when you add a little something-something to it, the taco simply gets elevated to a whole new level of gourmet.
