| Today is Saturday and we’ve got a schedule filled with exciting events to cater throughout the Southland. And, one of them is a beautiful wedding in Pacific Palisades where we will not only be tantalizing palates with our gourmet taco catering, but we’re also going start things off with such a terrific line up of appetizers.
Check them out!  Mini Bean & Cheese Burritos – House made refried beans and creamy jack cheese in a fresh flour tortilla.  Espadas de Fruta – sweet mango and ripe watermelon spears served with traditional salsa de chamoy  Rebanadas de Tomates Heirloom – Diced heirloom tomatoes on a toasted baguette.  Coctel de Camaron – Shrimp poached in caldo miche, served over a layer of jalapeno avocado aioli and tequila cocktail sauce. Wow, we’re getting hungry just thinking about this wonderful wedding!
