Soho Taco’s grilled veggie taco is perhaps one of the most delicious ways for you to enjoy Earth Day’s festivities.  And, our gourmet taco catering guests in Yorba Linda will be doing just that!

This wildly popular taco is not only one of our personal favorites, it’s also one of the most tastiest celebrations of nature possible.  The vibrant colored bell peppers, the meaty portabello mushrooms, the sweet red onions and our secret blend of herbs and spices collectively make up a great way to honor our planet.
