So it looks like we’re in for some April showers tonight at our taco catering event in Capistrano Beach, CA.  But, as you can see from the picture above taken at another rainy day event, our taco catering carts are pretty resilient to inclement weather … and so are our cooks!

We here at Soho Taco Rain Or Shine Headquarters won’t let a little precipitation stop us from providing the good people at the birthday celebration tonight in Capistrano Beach, CA with some of the best gourmet tacos in Southern California.

If anything, it just might bring us all closer!  How?  Well, the canopy on our carts aren’t that large.  As a result, everyone’s gotta huddle underneath to place their order.  So, bring your raincoats and maybe some breath mints – the onions might make things a bit pungent.
