Over the weekend we had a great time taco catering in Los Angeles for a charming wedding at the beautiful Center For The Arts. We’re no strangers to this lovely venue and it’s always an honor to fire up our grill inside its cavernous halls.
 Equal parts elegance and culinary delight, our Rebanadas de Tomates Heirloom were a mouth-watering way to kick off the festivities at last Sunday’s wedding in Los Angeles. Once the vows were exchanged, our seduction began. We really did get mouths watering once the carne asada hit the grill!  Seasoning the veggies while it’s sizzling on the grill is a terrific way to lock in the flavors.  Wedding guests had the opportunity to dress up their tacos with our sumptuous pico de gallo.
