Veggies sizzling in the foreground and savory carne asada in the back, as the sun slowly slips away at this beautiful wedding in Sunset Beach.

For this special occasion we had our freshly made mango salsa on hand to help wedding guests create their own sweet masterpiece.

The buttery, garlicky mahi mahi on the grill was a tantalizing homage to the bounties of the nearby ocean.

Once wedding vows were exchanged & as the festivities slowly became shrouded in an increasingly crepuscular atmosphere, we fired up our grill and seasoned the veggies to delicious, mouth-watering perfection.
