Today is the Fiesta Stock & Horse Show at the Earl Warren Showgrounds and our crew is having a great time at this moment taco catering at the VIP section. Surrounded by cowboy hats and gorgeous steed, it really is a privilege to be grilling for these fine folks on this pristine day in Santa Barbara.
 Made with vine ripened heirloom tomatoes our delectable salsa de pico de gallo was an instant hit! Situated in the heart of the action, our truck was snuggled up right next to the Earl’s Place banquet facilities to provide easy access for the VIP guests.  No taco catered VIP event would be complete without serving everyone fresh, hand-pressed tortillas piping hot off the grill.  Careful placement of the mahi mahi on the grill ensures even cooking and a much more enjoyable seafood flavor.  VIP rodeo enthusiasts were able rustle up some of our delectable Spanish rice to help round out their meals.   With crystal blue skies and gorgeous temps, it was a perfect day to be taco catering in Santa Barbara.
